A very high standard of discipline is maintained in the school. The students are encouraged to develop a sense of self-discipline, responsibility and the qualities of leadership through prefectorial and monitorial systems. Students are divided into four Houses (1) Sahib Ajit Singh (RED) (2) Sahib Jujhar Singh (GREEN) (3) Sahib Jorawar Singh (BLUE) (4) Sahib Fateh Singh (ORANGE) and various types of activities are organized under the guidance of able and experienced House Incharge Teachers.

Games and Sports

All outdoor and indoor games are played the school; Hockey, Cricket, Kabaddi, Rowing, Boxing. Badminton and Basketball are very popular games the school.

Examination and Promotion
  • • There will be unit tests for the classes Nursery X in all the subjects and Annual Examination will be the month of November. Result will be based on CCE (Cumulative Comprehensive Evaluation) and grading system. If a student's attendance less than 90% he may be debarred from appearing in the Annual Examination.
  • • Parents are requested not send their children for examinations when they are ill or recovering from serious illness. If the absence justified, the fact will be taken into account at the end of the session.
  • • Results the tests will be communicated to the guardians through progress Report Card.
  • • Father/Guardian should sign the Progress Report Card and return the same to the school within three days from the date of issue.
School Uniform
a) Primary Section:
  • • Cream shorts, Red & Cream Check Shirt, Red & Cream Tie and Belt for Boys.
  • • Red & Cream Frock for girls (Class Nursery, K.G and I)
    • Cream Skirt, Red & Cream Shirt, Tie for girls (Class II to IV)
    • They should wear cream socks and black shoes on all school days.
b) Secondary Section:
  • • Light blue checked half sleeve shirt, blue shorts, blue skirt for girls white socks and black shoes and a school tie are to be worn all school days.
  • • Boys of classes V and VI are not allowed to wear trousers.
  • • Boys of class VII onwards shall wear trousers.
  • • Belt should be black in colour and not wider than 11/2 inch.
  • • The winter uniform includes navy blue sweater/Blazer.
  • • Girls of Class VIII onwards shall wear navy blue salwar & cotton dupatta, sky blue quarter sleeved and high neck kameez (shirt) and black school shoes. Navy blue cardigan is to be worn in winter season. Students will not be allowed with henna on their hands.
    No jewellery is to be worn to school.
c) Higher Secondary Section:
  • • Boys - White trousers, sky blue checked shirt, black leather shoes and tie. Navy blue sweater/blazer to be worn in winter season.
  • • Girls - White salwar, white cotton dupatta and sky blue checked kameez (shirt) and black school shoes. Navy blue cardigan is to be worn in winter season. Students will not be allowed with henna on their hands. No jewellery may be worn to school.

All the students must wear PT T-shirt & white keds on their PT days.

We would appreciate the co-operation of the parents in ensuring that the child is both correctly and neatly turned out.

Mobile, Radio, CDs and music system are not to be brought to school. If found with the student, the same will be confiscated by the school.

Throughout the year students are encouraged to participate in extra curricular activities and competitions. Students must be present for all school functions.

Parent Teacher meetings are held twice a year to discuss the child's performance. At other times during the school year, a parent wishing to meet a teacher can do so after obtaining permission from the Headmistress.

Visitors and guardians may meet the Headmistress on Monday & Wednesday from 9.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and on Tuesday & Thursday from 10.30.a.m. to 12 noon.

Identity cards provided by the school must be carried to school daily.

All guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in maintaining the standard and discipline of the school.
